I've been 3bing villain a lot the last like 35 hands maybe like 5 times
he's a 17/17 over that sample and he's called every single one
showed up with crap like 97s IP
probably a bad time to 3b regardless? or should I 3b and then just fold to a 4b?

Our hand doesnt play well against his 4-bet. Especially since this is his first 4-bet and we dont know he is capable of 4-betting light.

No this is a great time to 3bet if he just called five 3bets in the last thirty-five hands.

i cant even think of the faintest glimmer of a piece of logic that would tell you to flat a 4bet OOP w/ KQo vs a villain that has called 5 3bets vs you in 35 hands. help me out.

3bet is wtf standard given villain but just fold and wait for another spot.

yeah, that would be good logic not to 3b way too much

I think a call here is bad too anyway

It depends on his adjustment. If he starts 4 betting more I dont like 3-betting this light, but he starts calling a lot of 3-bets I like to push our value- if that makes sense.

your fold button should be somewhere near your call and raise buttons. press it next time

As said 3bet is good obv. in a normal situation. But I think Alexos means you'd better 3bet your strong hands/weak hands to make your decision easier when he'll start 4betting (which he should considering 35 hands so far) and dont have hands like KQ in your range and flat those pf if you cant/wont fold to the 4bet.

KQo is prob one of the worst/most dominated hands you can call with in this spot. IFFF you insist on calling a small 4bet OOP then I'd rather have 9Tss or something.

Given the history you described, I'd probably shove, but I think it's close between shoving and folding, with calling waaay worse than both.

I think he's about to start 4-bet bluffing like Alexos said, and KQ has pretty good equity against his stack-off range, looks like a good spot for a light 5-bet.
