Villain is very LAG and I'm 95% sure he's betting this river with $30 of dead money in the pot. Especially since I played the hand so weakly.

On the other hand, if I bet I'm expecting him to call about 30% of the time and fold all other times.

Does this justify the river check/raise?

Against the right player I like it, but I would probably bet out, since I think he bets the flop with a made hand, and a lot of those 1-pair/2-pair/set/straight type hands will probably check the river.

Why are you not betting this flop? Checking this flop just sucks since it's multi-way and draw heavy.

Haha, I knew this was coming.

I don't like my position here with the given flop. I feel like if I bet out here, I'm getting raised almost 80-90% of the time, as Villain and other guy in the pot were playing very laggy.

Any suggestions here?

Yes, don't fold. Call and cr the turn ai or something, or 3bet flop ai.
