Do you have any reads? What are stack sizes? I'm not too crazy about your flop c/c, but okay. Turn lead is good. On the river, if I were going to bet, I'd bet more, like $8-10, an amount that he'd probably call with TPTK/overpair. I also might check here, because if he has a missed draw, you want to give him a chance to bluff, and if he has TPTK/overpair, he will almost always bet, since that river card is a beautiful sight. Checking sucks if he has a hand like TT/88/77/TPNK (hands that he will almost certainly check behind, but might call a river bet with), but I don't think his range is that heavily weighted towards these hands. Reads would really help here on the river.

Check raising the turn gets more money in the pot, so I would go for that.
