Why are you raising 5x preflop? Just min bet, 2.5 or 3x is fine. Post flop, since he 3bet you pre and then checked the flop, I'm going to check behind to see a free card.

i think after the reraise i would have folded, i can see raising preflop in heads up, and even tring to fire another bullet, but sometimes you got to lay it down, but the river was a nice card,
