I know this is very generalized but I'm curious what kind of guidelines people use when playing Hold Em with fewer players, ie with say 5 or 6 players instead of 9 or 10. Obviously, you can play more hands and you're playing the blinds more often but what kind of structure do you use. Thanks in advance.
