Carroters has a spectacular aura aboutCarroters has a spectacular aura about
1. Villain is 18/14 over 300 hands and seems to be a short stack regular. I don't remember playing much with him in the past and have no notes on him. Thinking I my have played with him over a year ago when I was last playing 50NL or something.

So far he's check raised me once on a dry ragged board and I folded. Apart from that we haven't done much. My image is pretty aggro and he probably sees me as a guy that steals too much in late position and c-bes too much if he's thinking about that at all.

I don't think he's value betting very thinly for value so AQ is likely the bottom of his value range. I also feel there aren't too too many kings in his range either when he checks back this turn. There are plenty of busto draws. Is this okay given pot odds?

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (UTG) ($103.15)
MP ($18.65)
Button ($50)
SB ($174.30)
BB ($21.15)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7, 7
Hero bets $2, MP calls $2, 3 folds

Flop: ($4.75) Q, K, 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.40, MP calls $2.40

Turn: ($9.55) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

River: ($9.55) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $5, Hero calls $5

Total pot: $19.55

2. BB = 34/26 and looks loose and spewy over 25 hands
BU = 21/9 and is a passive weak limp/folding type over 60.

Is b/f to try and get it in vs the BU okay here given he'll be calling off with pair + draw hands and other shit like that which we beat. I was torn between b/f and c/f to a decent bet size. Thoughts?

1. I think almost any hand you want him to have would have bet the turn.

2. I'm torn between b/f and c/c, I think the latter is best.

meeloche is on a distinguished road
1) In my experience shortstackers play extremely fit or fold postflop especially when they are deep (deep for them). I'm torn between bluffing turn and c/f I'd probably do both sometimes. I would not call river though as played.

2) Loose open preflop. I'd check turn.
