This game was fluttering between 3 handed and heads up as one of my opponents was usually sitting out. I was playing really laggy and both of these guys were letting me run them over. He suddenly came alive on me and I thought I was beat but I called anyways.

It might be a set, but I'd call, especially if you've been bullying. I can see two pair pushing here as well.

Tough one.

I'd probably call it, he's probably just pissed off at your complete LAggy ownage and trying to make a move at you. He could have a set, but there's still a very good chance that he does not.

I think you probably have to call that. I think it's maybe 60-70% likely you win the hand. But he might have slowplayed a set on you. Weird line if that was the case, though - flat call a moderate bet on the flop, then go thermonuclear on the turn? He can't expect that to work unless you caught two pair (which did happen here, but there's no way he knows it).
