46/10 over 75 hands fwiw.
Dont play much at these stakes on this site but my assumption is that a 3bbs opener is not a premium.

Is that you playing on full tilt as "MiffedIzawuss" or someone you cleaned out.

Not a very good 3betting hand, especially oop vs. a guy who only raises 10% and calls a lot. You're going to be playing a drawing hand oop 200bb deep. As played I lead this flop for $27ish. As played I lead turn for $35ish. You turn your hand into a bit of a bluff, but I still think he'll call with worse... some kings, some clubs. As played I might value bet river for $40ish, but c/c is fine too.

i dont mind this (although my hand is shit) when hes tipping his range to me from the button.
To think 6months ago i played like this and its only now i see how exploitable it is.
The reason for not leading the flop was to not bloat the pot as we are 200bbs deep and ive no intention of playing a 400bbs pot here just setting a precedent for blind defense versus this guy, who is effectively dead money playing those stats that deep versus me.

I guess i just don't get why you 3bet preflop? then turned into a calling station on every subsequent street? against a 46/10?
As played, i probably put in a small value bet on the river.
