This is a thread to discuss a potential sidebet on the ftr hu tourney for higher stakes players. Here's what i was thinking:

Everyone puts in $500, whoever lasts the longest in the FTR tourney wins all the money. If there is a tie then the players battle it out HU in an extra game.

Things to discuss:

- should it be winner take all?

I'm not really any kind of HU expert and hardly play HU so 2k is waaaay -EV for me.

I'd put in $500... if that's worth anything...

2k is too rich for me as well. I'd also be down for 500 if that's worth anything.

something about expected value?

If I'm -EV in the 2k bet I'm prob also -EV in the $500 bet... but it feels a little less painful!

Humm I'm not sure if I'm gonna do the 500. I think I'll just take action on the actual matches instead of betting against you sharks.
