Is this a push?

BB is 25/8/3 over 58 hands, other than that no reads. UTG is rather nittish 15/11/2 over 120 hands. I wasn't so much concerned by UTG's 3-bet, I put him on an overpair considering his range. But BB's raise was kinda scary...

BB has $ 84
UTG $ 108
Hero covers

Preflop: Hero is CO with :5s, :6s.
UTG raises to 3.20 3 folds, hero and BB call.

Flop: :6d, :5c, :4c (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets 8, BB raises to 17, UTG raises to 33

Hero???
