maybe i worte too much pre-hand stuff, but don't want this to look toooo bad.

anyways villain seems donkish-lag but kinda thinking post flop, ~30/10 pre flop.
i have a NIT image, like 14/8...never playing big pots, just fold fold fold, except a couple times showing down the goods in medium pots. i haven't even cbet a ton.

some notes on villain:
c/c flop, c/r min turn with a low boat multiway on drawy board
call K3s oop hu vs my pfr, led turn/riv with air after flop check
c/r min a cbet to see where mid pair stood (he shut down after getting called).

thought process:
so i figured on the flop he wasn't sure of his hand, and I might take the pot on the turn. FPS with no outs huh?
then thought on the turn he prob had a Kx hand, usually a weak kicker...bad idea to rep the AK?
seemed there was enough left to at least make it a hard call on the turn. fwiw i insta pushed.

Hand #40567552-36084 at East Peoria (No Limit Hold'em)
Started at 30/Mar/07 05:43:02

joesphe is at seat 0 with $0 (sitting out).
sashager is at seat 1 with $891.70.
frank_tank is at seat 2 with $754.45.
XXPSAXX is at seat 3 with $836.45.
Hero is at seat 4 with $428.50.
needamil is at seat 5 with $110.60.
The button is at seat 5.

sashager posts the small blind of $2.
frank_tank posts the big blind of $4.

sashager: -- --
frank_tank: -- --
XXPSAXX: -- --
Hero: :Th:
needamil: -- --

Pre-flop:

XXPSAXX folds. Hero raises to $14. needamil
calls. sashager calls. frank_tank folds.

Flop (board: :Kd: :Ks: pot=$44

sashager checks. Hero bets $32. needamil
folds. sashager raises to $64. Hero calls.

Turn (board: :Kd: :Ks: ): pot=$172

sashager bets $100. Hero goes all-in for
$350.50.

i think my thought process was good, except for getting someone to fold trips - just not a good idea...especially with 0 outs. agreed? or ok with my image and metagame stuff?

I don't think he's folding whatever he has, unless it's complete air.

why? based on the one 99 hand, he prob didnt flop a monster like K7/77...and wouldn't he think i did with how i played?

thanks, but who would be a better opp? i know his betting looks donkish, but he seemed to at least consider what other ppl have.
not only that, but he could take this line with a bigger range than a tighter opp, and still be capable of folding the lower end of it.

benny- im not sure i would ever make a big bluff against a 30/10. You should be raising his limps frequently in position and waiting for him to tilt/play back at you/get thin value on 2 or 3 streets from top pair etc. He cant be very good if he plays 30/10, end of story.

Genitruc is an unknown quantity at this point
based on your notes the important thing is that he shut down when called after raising for info.

he didn't shut down here so that's scary.

it's a great board for him to make a move though, so I don't hate your play.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

good explanations, thanks.

ya this wasnt a great bluff, maybe too much late night over-analyzing and getting a little antsy...appreciate the comments though.
