My thinking was that only a T calls that flop. His check behind on the turn made me think otherwise, so I fired at the river. His raise though could be a bluff or could be a T looking for value..

River miniraise usually means you're beat by these guys. A bet on the turn would have cleared this up a lot for you. As played though, I think you still have to call.
