PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($558.55)
MP ($265.60)
CO ($94.45)
Button ($194)
SB ($222.80)
Hero ($200)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, K.
4 folds, SB raises to $6, Hero raises to $18, SB calls $12.

Flop: ($36) 3, 5, 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($36) 8 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $16, SB calls $16.

River: ($68) 5 (2 players)
SB bets $44, Hero calls $44.

Final Pot: $156

I thought his range here is weighted towards mid pp because he was 4betting AK and big pairs. So I checked flop because I expected him to reraise. Then I hit on turn, and threw a tiny value bet. Probably shoulda done $26

This is Vs good thinking reg soccertease. This river is a fold, or do we have to call? he can't be betting a Q for value, so fold right?

With your action, he knows that most of the time you don't have a big flush here.
If you had bet $26 on turn then it would make your river decision easier.
I think I call here also.

I think bet/calling the flop is fine. Yeah you have to call the river now

Calling river is definitely fine. Not so much cause you might be behind, but because I doubt he calls a raise/shove on this river with the Qs or worse anyhow.

not much value in raising.

I agree with previous posts though, I don't mind bet calling this flop and bet stronger on turn.

uhhh ... nobody wants to b/3b the flop all in?.... if AK is out of his range and he does end up having the A of spades ... you are ahead. albeit not by much but if you factor in the times that he has a mid pair that he will checkraise but fold to a jam, it makes the play very profitable ... even if he does get it in w/ a mid pp, you are a favorite w/ 2 overs, 2nd NFD and gutshot.

I think river is a fold, but yah maybe your weak turn bet induced a river bluff from him. That's why I'd bet 24$ on turn and make an easy fold if he leads river on a pairing board.

A fold on the river is terrible. I think the river bet is a blocking bet way more than one for value. I definitely call.

If you are the villain and have the As, what is your line?

I've never played 1 hand with soccertease but I would be b/c the flop and call the river for sure.

To everyone who wants to bet the flop, what range are you putting someone on here who is very aggro in blinds and likes to 4bet a lot but instead flat calls here. Maybe I am making a range mistake? Seems weighten to me towards low/mid PP which I will get raised on the flop. 22-88 I think he 4bets 99+ and AQ/AK. I guess I'm ignorant of his 3b calling range here, help needed

oh and will, sorry I forget all the online forum guys definition of good is "super awesome ownage huge winner should play 25/50" he's not awesome but definitely wins at his stake. Sorry if I sound rude, I guess I should just say "reg" as people seem defensive of about using the term "good". I don't mean to be rude at all but i dont know how else to type that. sorry

heh. villain had a boat, 55

I was hoping someone would answer my question about his range here. I didn't like betting the flop because I felt like his range was made up more of mid pp's...

I think the river is a crying call but a fold OK in retrospect. But I should be betting turn much stronger
