Villain is a general loose passive donk.
In this particular hand the one was playing 59/2/1.4 over 83 hands.
He might do this with J9, I guess a 2 is possible for him. And there’s the bluffs of course.
What’s the worst hand you’d call with here?

tbh I would probably fold the first time round vs this guy without a flush or boat even though it's very bluffy.

Currently thinking of a new quote/signature... Some sort of prayer to the Poker gods for enlightment etc..

If he was 16/9 I'd hate life with an A high flush here. But that way I think I'm calling all flushes and folding overpairs. And there's probably not much in between for your opening range.
BTW his line doesn't look bluffy to me at all. Looks like he was either drawing and he hit it, or he was trapping you. The only hands I'm really concerned with here if I had an overpair would be 95, J5, J9 thinking he's misreading his hand, but that's kind of a strech. I think AA is a fold here, yo!

The strengh of a hero is defined by the weakness of his villains.

Pretty much instant.
I had QQ here and folded, whole being quite sure it's best.
But as we're beating some 2 pairs, I was wondering how wide I can stretch my calling range.
If the board wasn't paired, would that influence your calling range much.

It forces looking at a hand from a different perspective, imo. More range vs range, instead of our hand against villains range.
Just my opinion though.

Here I'm happy to fold even AA the first time around. If I see him doing this a bit then I call lighter.
These stationary guys often have the goods here.

higher flush or tight would have to be the call. such a passive fish hes going to have at least aset right up to a tight so u have got to have some thing.this means there alot of dumps and wait for the next hand
