Buying in short as per fnords instructions... this is about the.. well.. too many'th flush over flush. I know this looks like a bad beat post, but I was told to post them anyway. Do I have a shot at saving the stack, or do I just take my medicine?

If you're going to raise a SC in EP this is for implied odds, but putting 10% of your stack in preflop with a rare hitting hand isn't good poker. With these stack sizes getting rid of your T high flush would be awful, I wouldn't fold for 100xbbs probably either.
