Villain has been playing very erratically bluffing quite frequently. When he first came to the table, he had 20 or so to start and was pretty much open shipping or 3 bet shipping every 3rd hand. So to say the least, he is a spewy donk.

You have the nuts and this guy has been very aggro so far. Give him the rope and let him hang himself. Betting the turn accomplishes nothing that checking doesn't b/c if he has something he will bet and you guys will get it in by the river, and if he has air he can bluff turn/river.
