I had 95o in BB, checked, and flopped a pair of fives and SB bet. I probably should have raised, but I didn't because there were a couple things that worried me. First of all, I was worried about how small my pair was since even though it was middle pair almost all the remaining cards would be overcards potentially giving him a bigger pair. Should this concern me?

EDIT: The flop was 5,Q,4 rainbow

Secondly, my postflop play isn't great and I would have no idea what to do if he reraised me. Should I just call or cap it? Also how would I play the turn and river if he reraised me? I assume I'd bet out on the turn if he just called the raise though.

SB had a VP$IP% of 36 and PFR% of 9.

Generally speaking, heads up any pair is good enough for showdown. Raising is definitely an option, though I like my blind play to be more 'under the radar' -- overt signs of aggression just create wars.

Often if you smooth call the flop, he'll check/fold the turn.

Thanks for the advice euphoricism, sounds good. What if he bets the turn and river as well though, should I call both?

KoRnholio will become famous soon enough
Depends how aggressive he is. Generally he won't be showing you top pair at a showdown when it's heads up like that.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

You can't fold a pair here without a strong read. I usually raise this flop.

RAISE IT!!!!!!!!!! no question...the flop anyways...see where you stand...he either calls it off or caps it...then you decide what you do from there...if he caps it, that probally means he has a queen maybe even 2 pair...bottom 2 or top and bottom...but by just calling the flop you have no information...
back looking to make some moolah

Well say he bet, I raised and he reraised, what should I do then? Should I call his reraise, cap it, or fold? More importantly, if he reraised me how would I play the turn and river? Should I check and fold the turn?
