Raise or fold preflop.
Raise the turn. Getting in a very little money on 2 streets then punching it wont get a lot of value out of our hand.
Not to nit pick, but stack sizes are pretty important in NL. Any particular reason you decided to not share them with us?

He wouldn't fold a draw for say $1.50 anyways with position. Got to build a pot here. I don't like pf either. I don't think its raise or fold as somebody mentioned but I don't like the call after it's raised.

this looks like a weak table. id def raise pf. as played i dont mind calling such a small raise with decent position.
i'd raise up the flop kinda small (like a "see where i stand" size), and hope the pfr or anybody has something.
as played, raise the turn small for sure. i wouldn't expect one of them to make a desperate river bluff if they miss the draw, but they prob will minbet/call a small raise.
on the river, i would stick to ur reads, they prob don't have much. i'd raise it to like $3...but wish the pot was bigger.

dont mind the flop call, hoping someone raises behind or catches up.
I think you should raise the turn if for no other reason than metagame. If you had air, you want to fold out minbetter, so just raise it to a real bet amount.
also he leads flop weak (1/4th pot) then turn even weaker... he either has absolutely nothing, in which case you are going to win exactly his $1 river bet, or he's fishing for a raise.
