Reads (Thank god for sleeping off liquor): Solid regular.

Misclick has me with trash in this pot, but did I strike gold, or RIO?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Button ($92.85)
SB ($55.20)
BB ($83.30)
Hero ($118.40)
MP ($56.15)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7, 5.
Hero calls $0.50, 3 folds, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.25) T, 9, A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($1.25) 5 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1, BB raises to $5, Hero calls $4.

River: ($11.25) A (2 players)
BB bets $10, Hero ??

Final Pot: $21.25

On the turn I wonder if he has a set or a higher flush. By the river I'm sure I'm beaten by a FH or higher flush -- or am I thinking too tight?

Just call river. Why didn't you bet the flop?

griffey24 is on a distinguished road
I think you need to bet that flop. I don't think a low flush like that is the kind of hand you wanna be messing around/slow playing with. Bet that flop, lots of high clubs will call you.

As played, just call the river.

I should have bet the flop, but I see lots of shut-downs on flops like this on 50NL. Some players will be willing to crunch in money on turn/river but not on the flop with a flopped flush.

On turn I strongly suspect he has flopped the flush also. It seemed like he was in the same mode of thinking as me -- check the flop, try to jam turn and river. With his giant re-raise you have to wonder what hand does this, and actually it's kind of a silly overbet, the kind I usually only see from someone overly giddy. Definitely screams I've got a big hand.

When the river hits, I totally feel I'm beat. The only hand I beat is 2p, and I lose to any set that turned into a FH (unless he had an Ace but I don't see him betting that so strongly on turn) and to other higher flushes. Maybe I sound too tight, but I really felt beat and folded.

What do you think villain showed?
