i think theres a threshold of how high your PP needs to be to make this calldown, and i think that 66 is below that mark. 99-TT-ish maybe?
I just checked the stack sizes. This could be a fool with ace high a lot. Pocket pairs higher than 6 don't make sense given his line. He probably had quads.

I'd still raise preflop even though the blinds are short. As played it's fine I guess. Btw, no one bets quads this way.
