Do you like check/folding here better then leading? Would it matter if I have AT?

UTG is a bad lag, 70%+ vpip and 25%+ pfr, and will most likely bet if checked to, and call bets with at least middle pair or a draw, including a gut shot. SB is a tag who is almost surely check/folding. I am abc tag.

UTG: $135
Button: $94.40
SB: $309.25
hero: $204.30

Pre-flop: (4 players) hero is BB with 7 T
UTG calls, Button folds, SB calls, hero checks.

Flop: 8 Q T ($3, 3 players)
SB checks, hero???

edit...hmm 12 views. I guess this is sorta a boring question. It just kept on happening to me yesterday and I felt like I was losing value by check folding this type of stuff. Sure there are much easier and higher EV ways to get UTG's chips, but I think I need to work on playing middle pair type stuff oop against bad lags like that a little more.
