Here's a situation I have a tough time with and has accoured before.
15th hand at the table so no info on villain.
Should I just fold?

Seat 1: Mr.NaLDo ($24.35 in chips)
Seat 4: sfih ($49.80 in chips)
Seat 5: VanDerClaude ($58.25 in chips)

Seat 8: gimmarcus ($62.25 in chips)

Mr.NaLDo posts blind ($0.25), sfih posts blind ($0.50).

VanDerClaude folds, Hero bets $2, gimmarcus calls $2, Mr.NaLDo calls $1.75, sfih calls $1.50.

No, I don't think you should fold here.
He could be doing that with any number of hands including flush draw, straight draw, straight flush draw, Top pair etc...
After the flop your goal should be to keep the pot as small as possible.

I just have the tendency to think im getting played back at with junk cuz i'm verry active at the table. I just seem to always take the wrong decision....if i fold they show a bluff,, and when I call like in this hand its a made hand (set of deuces in this case)

I know the feeling. I just moved up and I'm seeing this a lot now. The cheapest way is probably to call and lead the turn again, then don't put in another dime.
