ok, I guess flop bet should have been more, so turn bet could have been more, so the river could get some decent value. Bet how much?
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)
Button ($30.25)
SB ($50.50)
Hero ($79.30)
UTG ($7)
MP ($49.60)
CO ($50)
Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
UTG calls $0.50, MP calls $0.50, 3 folds, Hero checks.
Flop: ($1.75) , , (3 players)
Hero bets $1, UTG folds, MP calls $1.
Turn: ($3.75) (2 players)
Hero bets $3, MP calls $3.
River: ($9.75) (2 players)
hero bets how much???

Yeah I would bet 7-8. I also keep it consistent whether I have the nut boat or k high.

When I saw this thread I thought you were the guy with 97 vs my 88 on a 9T796 board who stacked me last night

Yeah I screwed this one up. For some reason when I got to the river I thought fuck I should have bet more, how am I going to get his stack....? Some I stupidly went for a CRAI instead of betting... which doesn't even work slightly since I have been the aggressor the entire hand. I guess it's OK to just win medium sized pots with monster hands...
Nvm, I suck...

as played im overbetting the river, like 16 hoping he reads it was weak and calls w/ a queen or JT.

I really dislike this against most players. Given OP gave no reads that villain is a huge calling station something like $7 is good.

If I remember rightly I semi-bluffed turn, repping the 9, so the stacking was unavoidable
