MP is unknown. SB is fishy spazz who almost never folds pre and does random stuff like minbetting river as bluff. I don't think he's bluffing because all of his bluffs have been from 1BB to like 1/2 pot at most. He shoved the nuts for like full pot on one river.
So he can have some random 5, maybe AK, AQ, AJ, A10 I guess.
Should I raise turn or let him keep firing which he seems to want to do.
Just call this river though, right?

if he would do this with any of those aces call. If you don't think he takes these small bet, shove river lines with those hands its a fold. I would tend to call without reads.

Well I think he likely has a 5 or AK but since he's so fishy weird I think the other aces are in his range somewhat as well.

You didn't mention a 5 in his range except for "a random one", but then go on to say you put him on a 5 or AK. That flop could keep anyone in with an ace or diamonds - I'm more apt to put him on one of those instead of a 5, although something like A5 IS entirely possible. I'd call and expect him to turn over something like AJ or AT.

I said a random 5 cuz this guy basically doesn't fold preflop. So his range preflop is basically ATC. On the flop I will narrow his range down to like A10+ XXdd, 5X, and maybe some random pps.

Actually, I don't think A5 is possible since he led out on the flop. Definitely call and with some better reads on his post flop play, probably shove. The only thing that would prevent me from shoving is the off chance he got lucky and spiked a set with 99.

I probably 3bet MP here a good bit. As played, I raise flop bigger. As played, I fold to river donk.
This is exactly how guys who run 75/8 get paid. I think he has a 5 here a lot. I'd like a better read before calling this off. After all, your read indicates he doesn't bluff with big bets.

2 small bets and then a potsize. I call here because your read is he is a fish. If this was some reg he could take some deceiving line, but now I doubt it. You also only assume AK-AT in his range when he folds nothing preflop, so every ace should be in his range.
You show strength on the flop and from his point of view he can now valuebet bigger on the turn after your flop action. he decides to go small here, so I'm thinking he wants a cheap next card, which means a draw/semibluff, some ace (afraid to valuebet big yet because the draw might hit and he's worried he'll get outdrawn and lose more money). all of a sudden he now bets pot on river and there are a lot of hands in his range you beat. You think he's not bluffing, but he could also think he's valubetting and actually be behind your hand.

raise turn. As played I dont know. This looks a lot like A9 or 99. I dont think there is a huge difference between folding and calling here...

As played, do you really think he small bets 99 on flop and turn?
I think most of the time he's putting you on a weak/average hand and wants you to fold river. I also call river.
