Almost always. He's retarded and the moeny isn't nearly deep enough to think about folding top 2.

You forgot to add "tougher decisions for Hero when they bloat pots with marginal hands" to your list
Im thinking we need an Fnord video in our arsenal

you put in over half of the effective stacks and don't know what to do facing a shove?
Also, your flop raise size is too big.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I knew I had to call because I commited myself. I had a bad feeling though. The bet was just under the pot, should I have bet in relation to his stack size instead? Something like $20-25?

Don't think the word 'committed'. Think 'I have adequate equity vs my opponents range given the pot odds' Also, you need to plan hands in advance. When your opponent raises the flop to 10$, what do you think his range is? Is any of it folding when you 3bet? Are you ahead of his stackoff range? When you 3bet to any amount on this flop with a made hand, you should already be planning to call a shove, not reevaluating when your opponent puts all his money in. The only possible outcomes are all the money going in or your opponent folding--you have to pick which one of these outcomes you want, and then you are done making decisions in this hand.
