Sortof similar spot to the irisheyes hand that was discussed the other day. Though I didn't like a second barrel there I like it here because the A obviously is a great scare card. Gotta give up on the river when he has only slightly more than half pot left?
With his stack size and no reads I don't like my preflop raise btw. How about bet sizing on flop/turn? I could see myself betting a little smaller to set up a closer to psb shove on the river both when I hit and if I choose to bluff (not really sure what river cards, if any, are good to bluff here, d'oh), but I think my line is probably okay?

Yeah, I like ~$60 on the turn. River is read-dependent, but I shove a lot. Bad players don't think about pot odds, they think omg, $155?!?!

I think fake value-town is the way to go in this spot (80-100ish) since I really think it makes very little difference in the % of the time he's gonna call :
-he ll call anyways with Qx, sometimes stupid shit like 99
-he ll fold KT, 89, 79, 6x
More I think about it, more I think even smaller is better

when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Thanks guys. Having thought about it some more I still don't really know the best river move. I guess an unknowns (though the stack size and the very fact that he's unknown leads me to believe that he's not a great player) range here is probably something like {Qx, 98, 77-TT} and I don't know if he folds the pairs enough. It seems close to neutral, so I think I like just giving up for info on his hand and to prevent myself from tilting when he snap calls something dumb. Preflop, flop and turn bets are probably enough to establish an aggro image as well.
Anyways I checked and lost to QJ.
