Villain in this hand is a seemingly solid player, running 14/12/2 over 125, im confused as to what to do here, 3 betting to $20ish then folding seems really weak, and im definitely behind his 4 betting range, whilst flatting with so many behind me seems even worse, what would you say is the optimal line preflop?

Villain in this hand is a lag running 29/25/6, should i bother even c betting the flop, note stack sizes and his prepencity to check raise (flop 26 %)

I personally feel 3 bet folding to $20-25 is optimal in hand 1, bet/folding $22 in hand 2, and shoving turn in hand 3, anyone agree?

1) I'd say 3bet to $18-$20 and fold to a 4bet vs this guy.
2) I give up on this board vs this player.
3) I think I fold turn. His line is quite strong, and his bet sizing does not look like a draw to me at all.

1) even nits like villain here are going to be iso'ing weak limpers in LP, so i'm def. 3betting. I hate 3bet/folding here, but it is probably correct. We do have blockers here...
2) there is not better spot to check behind a flop than this.
3) fold turn for sure.

idk about hand 1 I always get these wrong
I ALWAYS check behind hand 2
I get hand 3 wrong all the time because I shove and he shows me which set he flopped, so I'd probably fold

Hand 1: Players seem to have a habbit of squeezing all the time. If you raise and get shoved on you've gotta fold, but yeah R/F.
Hand 2: Ok this spot kind of sucks. That is such a bad flop to be cbetting (how often do you cbet) I mean your going to be doing it with your overpairs and sets (if you 3bet 1010 etc), and I think your going to get check raised a lot on this flop vs a lag.
I really don't mind a small 4bet bluff if he does check raise you because his check raise is 26% and your repping a very strong range by doing so and if he has been getting aggro pre with a J10 type hand he is never good vs your overpairs etc that you have a lot when your 4betting the flop.
Hand 3: Unless he is a total fish that really overvalues his hands, I really doubt he is ever doing this with QJ/QK for example.
A set is the most likely but he could also be doing this with a hand like 67suited and J10/Q10 suited.
I think a fold is best personally.
Hand 4:

hand 1 raise to 18 and i guesss fold to a 4bet but its close. What are you buying by raising to more than 17-18$?
hand 2 check
hand 3 shove

Well what I actually did in the hands takes a complete contrast to my 'personal view' on what I thought the best line was afterwards. I wasnt really happy at the time as to whether id played them well or not, so heres how they turned out.

Also, in hand 2 does anyone like checking back this flop with all our overpairs? As it definitely gets him to fire the turn, plus it stops us being put under alot of pressure this deep with a 1 pair hand, against this guy I think thats the line I would have taken.

in hand 3 i said shove because i thought there was only 50$ left and a pot of 100 which would just make river play awkward and stupid. Since there is 60 left its a bit closer but you only lose to 99/55 and he will be betting this turn (and often calling it off) with many draws.
