No stats on villain, only been at table an orbit or so. Can I fold this on the river? Should I have raised the turn as well??

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

SB ($4.55)
BB ($7.25)
UTG ($10.55)
MP ($13.85)
Hero ($12)
Button ($35.05)

Preflop: Hero is CO with , .
1 fold, MP calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.5, 3 folds, MP calls $0.40.

Flop: ($1.15) , , (2 players)
MP bets $0.1, Hero raises to $1.1, MP calls $1.

Turn: ($3.35) (2 players)
MP bets $0.1, Hero calls $0.10.

River: ($3.55) (2 players)
MP bets $12.15 (All-In), HERO????

Hand 2 - Villain is 15/10/2 over 100 hands - other than that no specific reads. Is my call on the flop the wrong thing to do? I thought about raising but thought if he had a better Q id be in trouble. I guess I played for the J, does that mean I have to get it AI??

Turn: ($4.20) (2 players)
SB bets $2.2, Hero raises to $6, SB raises to $8.85, Hero calls $2.50 (All-In).

River: ($21.20) (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $21.20

Hand 3 - I know villain bets flop if he has the A at all, he is aggro w TP. Is the river a good spot to bet for value, he's played this hand so passively post-flop I cant see what he has that beats me. I dont know if this bet is logical thinking about it. I guess he might not call with anything I beat.

Hand 1 - raise the turn to at least 2.50 and make him pay. If he calls and pushes the river, you can probably let it go.

Hands 2 and 3 look good.

I'm pretty sure 1 is an easy fold. Raise the turn. 2 seems standard. 3 is probably alright with reads. I think you get called by worse.
