UTG is 23/16/3 over 350 hands & raises 17% UTG. This deep im flatting this on the flop because im not raising any draws outside of KhQh/9h8h exactly, although in this specific hand its more to keep the fishy BB in the hand. He's not folding any peice of this board and he ships a decent amount because he's squeezed several spots like this postflop in recent history. Is the turn raise alright? I feel like the raise should have been bigger, but also my line looks bluffy and i think he continues to peel with any overpairs or decent draws with implied odds. Is this a blocking bet on the river? idk, he only has like $140ish left and i really see him block betting this big with a one pair hand.

I'm always raising this flop, with a fishy BB in the hand or not. You may not stack an overpair this deep but I can't believe he'd fold to a single raise and you need to get some value before one of a jillion scare cards hits the turn. Turn raise is good, but it's too small, I'd make it $140ish. River is interesting... it seems like his betting range should be pretty polarized here and he would c/c hands like KQ,AA,AhKh,AsKs... only hand I could see him bet/calling for value that you beat is KJ maybe. I think a river call as played is good.

Yeah you have to raise the flop. Even if you would only raise 2 draws he doesn't know that. Think about your perceived range instead of your actual range. You barely bet more than a min raise on the turn so none of his draws are folding. River he could be b/f a bunch with worse he only has AQ of hearts so river call seems fine as played.
Another reason to raise the flop is he opened utg so his range is much tigher so we want to stack all his overpairs etc before scare cards come on turn like zook said.

Action flop, you can raise your set here becaue he'll put you on a draw.
I would make it ~$75 flat on the flop and bet around pot on the turn.
