As the title say what is you standard move in or OOP with hands such as AJ, AQo, KQ and medium pair 66-99??? re-pop, call and see the flop or fold...
It would be great to get som feedback

not really enought info in your post, but assuming 100bb stacks im folding every one of those hands to a 3bet in and out of position. When stacks get deeper then we can start calling more of them, mostly in position though.
Stakes also make a pretty big difference in this.

First of all not 3 bet, you raise the blinds he reraises you, stakes full stack 100NL, so in this example you raise to 4$ with AQ he reraises to 12$ he has VP$IP of 30

that is called a 3bet. i know its kind of weird to think of it that way at first, but essentially the forced blinds, BB mainly, is considered the first bet. So my initial raise would be a "2bet" and villains reraise would be a 3bet.

Ok so his VPIP is a 30. Is he a 30/25 or a 30/2? Big difference.

Villain 30/10-30, this was supposed to be a general thread so no hand histories, just trying to get a general feel for how you guys reason with medium hands against standard slightly tight aggressive guys

just post a hand history and ask what we would do with different hands otherwise this is too confusing.

based on the fact that you arent posting any relevant information necessary to make the correct decisions in the situations you are describing, the correct advice here, to you specifically, would be to fold in all situations.

Fjaman try and figure out what range of hands villain is reraising
Look at how you are doing equity-wise vs that range with the various hands (66 and AJs play pretty differently)
Think about what kind of flops you can profitably raise if villain is c-betting almost all of the time
Stuff like that

when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

LOL! I like to bet a lot with aces.
The hand you posted I would fold pretty quickly unless he's been threebetting like a loon.

First hand - you raise UTG (showing a lot of strength) and you get 3-bet by a player in the blinds OOP. He knows you have a strong range, and at these stakes I'd imagine that this is mostly a very strong hand. Fold.
Second hand - The preflop raiser is UTG (showing a lot of strength) and could easily have hands like AK/AQ, and you're OOP the whole hand. Just fold pre with no reads. You're gonna be dominated or win a small pot.
