Villain is 21/14 over a small sample. I know very little about him other than he's repping platinum star.
Preflop: lol standard
Flop: Okay so this is a very very weird line to see at 50NL. My gut reaction was that he must have an ace here a decent amount because noone is going to give him credit for leading here in the games he's used to playing. Nevertheless i decided to peel and evaluate the turn.
Turn: This is maybe a fold, but I just couldn't shake the thought that I'm c betting this flop a fair amount so why isn't he c/c it.
River: Now if he was retardedly betting T9/J9 or something before, he's not often firing again here. Thus his range is more polarised, but yeah i just couldn't stick enough air in his range here to call.
Do people like folding the turn?

Yeah, looking at flop sizing it looks a lot like it's aimed to induce raises from my air, thus a turn fold looks even better.

As played I think river fold is good. Id prob call flop and re eval turn. I think Im almost always folding the turn though.

The call on the flop makes no sense. If you plan to continue with the hand, you have to raise. You ended up calling 7.50 on the flop and turn combined with no chance of winning the hand. If you raised to 6 on the flop, you beat his bluffs and shut him down on the turn unless he has an ace for sure. Regardless, you save 1.50 by raising to 6 on the flop. Even if you hit a 9 on the river, can you call a big bet with the underfull? Calling can't win this hand against an opponent who will continue to bet at you.

This is bad advice. Your turning a hand with showdown value into a bluff. I'd raise the flop 0% of the time with this hand or any hand for that matter.

Yeah this is seriously terrible, learning begins from the moment you realise you suck. Luckily noone in this forum is going to follow much of what you're saying but please don't post with this much certainty in the BC because a lot people there probably will.
