I know in a full table I would tend to give him credit for AA here. That UTG limp and huge cold call kinda weirded me out.

This is a fold. It's not uncommon for villains to play QQ-AA this way at a 6-max table.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
