I know preflop is pretty bad. CO c-bets almost always. Was trying to lure him in (don't slow play at 25nl, kmind!...I know I know). Anyways, seems like SB had a set (no read on him though).

Button: $24.65
SB: $40.70

I like the check raise idea because you act right before the pre flop raiser, but now I would call the flop min raise. I want to keep anyone with an ace in on such a dry flop. also, more often ppl will slow play til the turn with a set. It's more likely to be Ax, so hopefully you can win two stacks.

it doesnt have to be a set, esp. if SB has also noticed that CO will c-bet every flop. he could just as easily have a strong A or A3. I don't really think he is letting it go, whatever it is, so just push.
