Is this a push or just a 4bet? If so how much?

i dont think you can 4-bet here without leaving a retarded amount behind on the turn. Shove some and call and lead turn for 1/2 pot some.

Seem like flush/str draw or AT unless he hit really well,

If you shove you will kick out draws (u give like 0.37 odds). 3-bet is basically same he had 90 left u want 40 more of him. If you just call he get out on turn if you dont give him good odds (depends)

If you shove you may get call from AT/and for sure 56 2pair. seem like he can have combined draw as well on that flop.

How about min raising it ???

I think this depends on your reads on villain, if you think he will call your shove, then shove. Otherwise, i like a call and lead on the turn. I think Bode-ist gave you pretty good advice. Call some/Shove some

I think normally your going to make it painfully obvious to him that he is beat if u 4bet it. Calling here gives the impression your not as strong as you really are, and hopefully you can get it in on a non club turn. He doesn't have a lot behind however, so if you think he will call your shove, by all means, shove.
