Jager,

Only hands that beat you are AQ and Q9. A semitight doesnt raise Q9 UTG and he doesnt call the flop with just AQ (gutshot). River is an easy call, especially with only 100bb stacks.
Flop line is ok, I would often fire again on the turn though to maximize my FE (very few will fold to your flop raise with vulnerable hands like KJ/KQ/AK, so if you dont plan to follow through on the turn then I like a flop lead much better, because its a cheaper kind of bluff than the 3xflopcheckraise).

I would normally fire again, but I didn't becasue of the unknown villain and that I have been getting pushed lately on the turn when I have a draw. He turned AQ for my 2nd understraight of this session.
