i don t like giving up here a whole lot

i d prefer bet-fold or cr (value-bluff)
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Well first off, i don't play the stakes you do so take my advice with a grain of salt, but to me this seems most likely to be a draw, pair of 4's or flush draw, maybe even 34, or AQc, possibly a set. With the slightly passive stats you noted, i think i opt for a raise here.
