Post subject: Double Barrel was called, what to do on river? 200NL

Villain is loose/passive. 30/14/0.7 over like 60 hands. If he raised me anywhere I prlly wudda folded. Not sure what to do on river. I am thinking B/F? Basically just wondering this isnt a too thin of a valuebet against his kinda oppenent.
