Played well? No read on villain as I've been on the table a short time - stack came from smacking a guy's Ax with KK very early. I have so few hands in fact that I won't even post the meaningless HUD stats.
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
MP ($25)
Hero ($44)
Button ($18.70)
SB ($10)
BB ($90.85)
UTG ($33.25)
Preflop: Hero is CO with , . UTG posts a blind of $0.25.
Hero raises to $0.75, 1 fold, BB calls $0.65, UTG (poster) calls $0.50.
Flop: ($2.25) , , . (5 players)
BB bets $2, UTG folds, Hero raises to $6.5, BB calls $4.50.
Turn: ($15.25) :Ac: (4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.
River: ($15.25) (4 players)
BB bets $8, Hero calls $8.
Final Pot: $31.25

bet $10 on turn, you are deep enough to fold to a raise.

I would definitely bet the turn. You can reevaluate river if he calls.

Not so much - I interpreted the hand a particular way, which is that I thought it was very likely he had a small or mid pocket pair, somewhat likely that he had a flush draw, and not very likely that he had much of anything else. If he had a small or mid pair, the Ac is a huge action-killer, and he's not likely to call any more bets. If he had a flush draw, obviously he got there and I would prefer to check-call. Is my logic bad? I figured pocket pairs made up a lot of his range with that donk/call on the flop, so I'd rather induce a river bet (even if it's the blocking variety) or give him an opportunity to call my "bluff" on the river rather than run him out on the turn when the worst possible card just came down.
The main reason I can think to bet the turn is to make him pay if he has a lone club. Does that override my thoughts on his hand range? Or do you just disagree with that part of it to begin with?
