These are the hands I played poorly, and the lessons I'm taking from them as reinforcement against bad play, some of them I played excessively poorly, down right awful even, and some I didn't exactly play horribly but still made bad decisions along the way, even if I did the right thing when the time came based on pot odds.

Normally I don't ever 3bet AQs, but this villian had been playing crazy aggro, and I had position, when he 4bet me I definitely should've folded. The call on the flop was even worse than my preflop play, but as I said villian was crazy aggro, and his chips went it the instantaneous second the flop hit the board, it looked like a stop n go. I figured he was going to push any flop, atrocious read, atrocious play. In the future my play here is probably call his raise, and fold the flop to a lead bet Go ahead, crucify me, I deserve it.
Lesson Learned: Don't 3bet AQs, even in position, if you're going to 3bet AQs in position don't over 3bet, and certainly don't call when aggro-donkey villian 4bet minraises you.

Fold preflop dummy, fold preflop dummy, fold preflop dummy. Don't call the raise on the river dummy, don't call the raise on the river dummy. Villian got what he wanted I saw a $3 call with $16 in the pot, and said maybe he's got 99. Mistakes in this hand: calling preflop, calling after two callers on the flop thinking I've got decent implied odds on a T or a 7 or backdoor diamonds then weak leading the river for 1/3 of the pot, and getting sucked into calling his minraise.
Lesson Learned:
DON'T PLAY GARBAGE OUT OF THE SMALL BLIND IDIOT. DON'T PLAY GARBAGE OUT OF THE SMALL BLIND FOR RAISES, IDIOT. If you play garbage out of the small blind, fold your weak ass middle pair to the flop bet with a caller already ahead of you, and c/f the river instead of b/c because you think you're getting a good price.

I actually don't think I played this too badly, I think I'm getting the right price @ 1.55 to win 5.10 on his push though. 7.5 outs (Q,J, bd flush).
I'm 29.5% to hit my hand:
(-0.71.5 * 1.55) + (0.295 * 5.10) = 0.396 = $0.40
It would seem like this call is +EV unless I think he's got JJ, QQ, KK, AA, or a T. Of which only a T really seems likely. Any disputes here?

PAINTER had been raising light for a couple orbits, and he was a shorty I figured 89s was a great hand to try to shove/isolate his shortstack, and either I would get folds around preflop and scoop the $1.25 without a fuss. Or at least be in decent shape against two overs most of the time. It was also a minraise so it looked suspicious. I wasn't expecting ICY to wake up with AK, but there was so much in the pot after he shoves, unless one of the two has an overpair I think I'm in decent shape calling $2.22 to win $6.72. Come to find out they were actually sharing an out. But I might've been able to get away from this one as well.
So there are a few of the hands I arguably could have played much better than I actually did. And a few I shouldn't have played at all.

That's poor thinking. AQs is certainly a 3bet in position as it is definitely ahead of this guys opening range. IF you find a spot where you have more equity than he does (i.e. your starting range is tighter) you should exploit it. That is one way to make money. As played fold the flop, you're flipping with a naked diamond.

You're more than welcome to call 3bets with TT and get them in on a dry board if your opponents action tell the correct story. However, he has an overpair here like 100% of the time. Question is would he overplay 77/88/99 and the answer is no, those hands do not get 3bet at this level. Leading the flop is fine, I'll do it sometimes, however you got the info you needed and you should fold to the raise.

You learned the wrong lesson, you can play garbage out of the small blind but certainly not for a raise. However, you hand is easy to play postflop. You either flop a monster (2pr+) or a big draw. If you don't you don't put another dime in the pot. Im never betting that river ever.
Hand 4 actually (you have 2 hand 3's)

Correct, the overbet isn't a bluff at this level. Players play very straightforward here. Weak bets are typically bluffs and overbets are typically strength. Fold as you beat don't any Aces here either.

Yes, one dispute. You have to look at stack sizes before making a PF raise. Also, 5xbb is way too much PF. You have a speculative hand containing weak high card strength. This is not the time to bloat a pot. This is the time to make in 3.5xbb or limp behind the limper. Also, look at the BB's stack. You are committing yourself with a PF raise to 5xbb and a 2/3 cbet. That sucks against shortstackers. You have to tighten up your starting hand requirements against the shortstackers.

The PF 3bet is pure spew at these stakes. Once against tighten up against the shorties. It sucks but you'll make much more money from them if you do.

hand 1: first off, i think you are a bit confused with the 3-bet/4-bet thing. When you open raise, it is effectively a 2-bet, then villain 3-bets and you 4-bet him with AQ. Even though he is only min-3-betting, i would just call there. If he fires the flop i probly fold and am not too worried about it. As played this is horrible spew. Even with pot odds or any odds, you have no chance at being ahead on that flop given the preflop action.
edit: you dont need to stop 3-betting AQ, but definitly dont 4-bet with it as a standard move.
hand 2: calling the 3-bet pre is fine because you are getting good enough odds to hit your set. I actually like the flop lead here sometimes, but in this case i think you can fold to his raise.
hand 3: fold pre. if its limped i will complete this sometimes, but just fold here. Fold the flop as played. 2nd pair weak kicker isnt something you want to play without a solid read.
hand 4: definitly fold to the river overbet, otherwise it is fine.
hand 5: meh.
hand 6: why raise? if anything just call. Raising is horrible here, and its even worse when a super shorty is in the pot with you.

tldr most of it.
hand 2 - you don't have to fold after you get raised on the flop. if i was in villains position i might raise with any 2 cards in his spot.
what does your bet at a 662 flop mean? you can't be that strong or you'd more likely go for a checkraise. your bet means you're unsure about your hand and you'll fold to aggression. you didn;t actually fold and moved allin.
i don't know if players autoraise your bet at smaller stakes. but i think i probably would have done with 2 overcards like AK

1: Call the threebet and feel cautious postflop.. Wtf do you beat?
2: It's ok to call the threebet, but again, postflop, wtf is he stacking off with that you beat?
3a: Fold pre. And why are you stacking off post? I don't get it.
3b: Fold to the raise on the river.. Rest is ok enough, you might wanna raise pre though.
4: meh
5: No point threebetting light here bud, stacks are less than 100BB and your opponents are stupid. Calling both pushes is
ok but you shouldn't have got into that spot in the first place.
By the way, I haven't read what you've written about the HHs, we can see if what I've said and what you said go together.
I'm drunk and I will correct any mistakes in the morning.

Thanks for the feedback Ash, session this evening went a lot better. Got in a lot of good spots, paid very close attention to positional calling requirements, and made a conscious effort not to over extend. Bricked one strong draw OESD+small flush (I guess you have to have an over or two for it to be a big draw). But overall I did a good job of keeping my money out of pots I didn't have a chance to win, or at the very least an improvement over last night. I'll post some hands tomorrow.
