In my younger days, I often considered folding hands like this

but i always seemed to misclick-call and get shown a slowplayed AA or a random 2 pair so I stopped wasting my energy agonizing
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Could someone explain this please? I thought it was standard to check behind here so we don't open ourselves up to a check/raise. What better hands are we folding by betting again?

1. Opp is calling with worse a lot.
2. Were 35% to win against some of his shoves anyways, we're pretty good to win any other time.
3. Building a pot
4. blah i guess game theory
5. Makes opp pay if he sucks us out
