Bet small to get a call of Tx? Doesn't boat/Ac push usually at 25NL?

It's definitely a check at higher levels.

Depends greatly on the opponent. I would generally expect one who was calling down OOP on an obvious draw board to try to c/r if and when they hit. Can't tell you how many times I've checked behind someone recently who hit an obvious flush draw on the river and tried to get one more bet out of my top pair by checking.
