Raise the turn to $3 and make a 2/3 pot bet on the river. You raised barely more than the minimum on the river. The reason to raise the turn is because you want to build a big pot here, and just calling will keep the pot small. Players at this limit have a hard time folding second best hands, and slowplaying is generally a bad idea when they are willing to call big bets on every street with all sorts of crap.
