Villian is TAG I think, as I have seen him raise only one other pot out of 20 or so hands. Standard fold, right?

River bet too big? I think I should have checked and gave him chance to bluff at flush?

Good to control pot size or losing value here with turn check? Villian is not too good.

Hand 1: Looks OK. The river card sucks, so you may want to check call rather than bet call.
Hand 2: I would call to see the flop but you probably have to fold if you don't set, so fold is ok.
Hand 3: 1/2 pot may get him to call but probably not.
Hand 4: I don't like the turn check. You are giving him a free card with a flush draw. 1/2 at least. 3/4 is probably best.

Hand 3: I like a check if he's a bit aggro. Alternatively, 1/2-2/3 pot is fine. I guess you were looking to bet/3-bet the flop? Nh.

Hand 4: A draw is very likely on that flop so bet the turn.

Hand 2: Standard.

Hand 1: C/c is probably best; he either has you pwned or he missed his draw. Bet/fold the turn is probably also better than c/r.

Thanks for the input guys.
Yeah, I like bet/fold the turn on Hand #1 too. I showed my committment to this pot on the turn. He should have raised the river more. As played I made the crying call getting 6:1 on my money.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Hand 1: Standard. It sucks to have to make that call but you have to.

Hand 2: Yes seems standard, he has AA or KK here if he isn't braindead.

Hand 3: Standard. Sometimes I'll go for a c/r if I think he is aggressive enough or overvalues his hands. You could also try and make a smallish blocking bet and hope to get raised.

Hand 4: Too many draws to check the turn here, 2/3 pot it and fold to a raise is my standard line. It also enables you to get a cheap showdown while still having gotten max value from flush/straight draws. Since he is bad there is more reason to bet the turn here since he is calling with a lot of worse hands.

Hand 4: Why no re-raise on the river? You think he was slowplaying KT/KQ/AK or filled up a set?

Yes, Zenbitz I was worried about KT and KQ or a set. By checking behind on the turn, I lost my read. If he hit the 5 or slow played KT/AK, a CR is likely and I'd never know it until it was too late. I should have bet the turn. I just call the river raise, since I am happy to take down that pot without anything near the nuts rather than lose a bigger one.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.
