Tough, I mean so many people seeing a flop when you bet like that the only people that are going to call are ones that have you beat coz there is no flush or straight draw. I would say you did the right thing, you go the information you wanted and then you folded on the turn

I'd play it similarily.
The flop bet is good it isolates.
Then as the aggresor i'd come out and make a pretty big turn bet too. If he calls your probably beat (or he has you read like a book but i doubt that) but the turn bet gets you the info you need.
I like it.
