No real reads on the villian. From what I've seen though, he's playing at a couple tables. He's one of those guys that buys in short and builds his stack from there. He's not what I would consider good, but he's basic, not terribly bad.

Texas Hold'em $1-$1 NL (Real Money), #65,648,978
Table JahDub's HE, 16 Mar 2007 9:14 PM ET

Seat 2: katoosi ($91.55 in chips)
Seat 5: error209 ($101.10 in chips)
Seat 6: sau1234 ($146 in chips)
Seat 8: Galapogos [ 5, 5 ]($158.90 in chips)
Seat 9: BornSlipppy ($99.85 in chips)

ANTES/BLINDS
BornSlipppy posts blind ($0.50), katoosi posts blind ($1).

PRE-FLOP
error209 folds, sau1234 bets $4, Galapogos calls $4, BornSlipppy folds, katoosi calls $3.

FLOP [board cards 4,5,K ]
katoosi checks, sau1234 checks, Galapogos checks.

TURN [board cards 4,5,K,A ]
katoosi bets $11, sau1234 folds, Galapogos bets $30, katoosi calls $19.

RIVER [board cards 4,5,K,A,K ]
katoosi bets $57.55 and is all-in, Galapogos folds.

I folded because I put him on AK. Keep in mind 95% of players on this site don't reraise with AK preflop and he's one of them.

it's hard for me to put him on many worse hands too, but i'd still pay it off, at least without good reads...it's less than a psb. maybe he shows AQ or A5, or a missed draw. also i'd bet the flop.

My Momma taught me to never slow play sets unless it's AAA on a A82 rainbow flop.

I'd call since it seems unlikely that villain flat-called into a million ppl OOP w AK, K5 is unlikely since you have 2 5's and K4 is just... lol K4
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I was taking down every pot with c-bets and I wanted to wait until someone showed me some interest in the board and this was a relatively safe board to do it with. This is not standard obviously.

Don't you guys feel a set of 4s would have gotten it all in on the turn with me? IMO this felt exactly like the way AK would play it from a fairly passive player.

If you think villain is weak enough to flat-call AK after a bazillion ppl have called a raise then it's not as bad a hand as it seems.
