So I just made a senseless venting post so Im gonna make one with some legit strategic value. Last night I decided to play 30/24 for 5k hands and when I play lag, I pretty much have to be stealing pots constantly/reading ppl/getting thinner and bigger value. I try to look for weakness in a lot of tag's lines and make overbets on the river which they
have trouble calling with weak one pair hands....

my image in all of these hands is crazy-lag but winning player (dare I say "Gabe-like")

Browse these at ur leisure, most opponents are mediocre tags, comment if you want, I just think overbets are fun.

Hand 1: I really like it if he rarely or never has quads. (<5%)
Hand 2: Don't like it, i like it for value, but people are going to look you up with your image. How much are you c/r the turn?
Hand 3: idk villan at all but if he's thinking he's probably looking you up again. again if ur image to this guy is you think he's seen you do this with a hand beating Ax then bottoms.
Hand 4: considering how much ur overbetting as bluffs i like it.
Hand 5: How many people are actually bluffing on a really obvious bluff board? don't like it again.
Hand 6: I like it because its a line so obvious of a bluff u should never be bluffing on. But then again, the flop raise is really fishy as a "I need enough money to bluff on later street" raise.

1. he cant call this with 77-99. nice ballabet
2. your gunna get instacalled by any 10 with your image so i dont like it. in this situation why overbet when a pot sized bet does the same thing. not a bad place to bluff just a bad place for the overbet. its just such a dry board and i dont put him on an overpair which is the only thing that might call a PSB but not an overbet do you?
3. the post is called overbets. and i think this is a perfect place for an overbet. Pot looks like a 3 barrel and is getting called by AQ AJ A10 alot. if you overbet it makes it a much ahrder decision for those hands which are his most liekly holdings.
4. perfect, strong hand + hard decisions on the turn = put yo monies in
5. i never really liked your river c/r bluffs but i guess this ones ok. The stack sizes make it a really hard call for him. read dependent probably bad cuz you kinda suck
6. i dont like it cuz your making me think too hard

ps. does anyone think sauce is actually good poker player? hes terrible people open your eyes

Genitruc is an unknown quantity at this point
hand 1 : very good spot

hand 2 : o.k. vs an unknown but really good if he's a thinker and likes folding since your line looks exactly like 5s full that missed a turn CR and will fold out weak 10s.

hand 3 : I don't like since you can be 2 barelling with so many semi-bluffing hands on turn. I think you get looked up here by A10+, maybe even Kx if villain is sicko.

hand 4 : ship

hand 5 : very very sick. I think this all depends on the history between the 2 of you.

hand 6 : I like. One of the hands you can have (56) connected, villain rarely has 99 beat here.

edit : stop hating on sauce ppl. If he gets depressed and quits then the pot will be that much less sweet for our May challenge.

This goes for you two sauce. Stop hating on yourself. (repeat in your head "I'm NOT dead money, I'm NOT dead money...")
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

haha thanks genitruc. im a very sarcastic person, i just tend to randomly vent in forums. a lot of my posts are sarcasm versus sarcasm as me, c-luvin, isf and massimo have played a lot together and r constantly hating/ripping on each other.

damn

it was actually supposed to be reverse-reverse psychology, getting you to drop out of the challenge and shipping 1k+ to my bankroll.
