1) Villain's 28/8/1.6 over 80 hands. We haven't been involved in any big pots together yet. He has like $15 behind on the river and it's $41 to call into around $130. What do I beat here?

MP ($89.32)
Button ($169.84)
SB ($13.59)
BB ($98.05)
Hero ($123.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $4, 3 folds, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8.50) T, 5, 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $6, BB calls $6.

Turn: ($20.50) J (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $12, BB calls $12.

River: ($44.50) K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $22, BB raises to $63, Hero ...?

1. Pot turn
2. Fold, thsi action means 1 pair no good.

How you doing in these games? they seemed like such a fking crapshoot when i played today, so much 3 betting and 4 betting and then not folding to scary lines.
i mean wtf?

Hand 1). Fold to the river check/raise for sure. As for your river bet, i would probably have gone with something smaller (1/4 PSB). I don't think i'd ever check behind here at 100NL though so i'd say betting something here is good. Checking behind would be a good option if your opponent was capable of check/raising weak river bets - not worth assuming at 100NL as you would miss a ton of small value bets on the river.

EDIT: i agree with miffed that your turn bet should be larger. I'd go with something around $16.

Hand 2). I'd fold without reads and being out of position. In position i might call and get all in on a non Heart/Jack turn, folding otherwise. In one of ISF/Massimo's videos, ISF called with a made hand out of postion in a similar spot intending to shove all in on a blank turn. However he knew his opponent was a very aggressive regular so he had a general idea that his range was fairly wide.

At $100NL? I haven't seen that much at all. From select players, but not from most. Then again, I'm pretty picky about what tables I play and I tend to play against more players who will min raise and cold call with big hands rather than 3 bet.

I appreciate the detailed response, Vi.
