Heres a spot I have changed my mind on a few times lately so Id like some input. We raise our standard 4bb preflop raise and an unknown fullish stack (75bb+) min-reraises us to 7bb.
1) What sorts of hands are we calling/ 4betting here in and out of position?
2) How do our positions around the table affect our ranges? e.g. If we are UTG and villain is UTG+1 or if we are CO and villain is BU (or we are BU and villain is in the blinds).

I usually just call this 3 bet and 4 bet with the very top of my range. If opponent OSS doing tie a lot its probably bad and I need to 4 bet more often

I'm calling the the min 3 bet with a large portion of my opening range. ie. any pr, most sc'
I'm 4 betting if im oop with QQ+ and AK depending on the fish this range might be slightly wider

If it's a tight min 3-better I call with all PPs and any suited connector. If he's just some douche that loves to do that I have a very wide 4-betting range.
