I just noticed that this cbet brings the total portion of my stack put in to the pot at about 1/4th. Is there something wrong with my betsizing, or is this standard? I just realized what proportion I put in here, and was kind of suprised.

Start checking these flops, especially when facing two opponents. At 25nl, its -EV to bluff at flops with two or more players in most cases.

If this flop were Q44 rainbow, then you can bet into two players. Do a search on FTR for "continuation bets" and see a bunch of intellectually stimulating threads on this trite topic.

7xbb is a pretty big raise p/f. 5x is fine w/an UTG limper (4x + 1 for the limper). Those extra 2BB bloat the pot by $1.50 here.
