Villain is loose calling station. After he called (but not raised) my turn bet, I've put him on either draw or PP not believing me this time since I was very active in last 15 min. But, river completes many possible draws. Betting for value is out of question, right?

Check is good. Qd hits a lot of his possible hands. maybe value bet, as I don't think he will bluff.

Raise river to 2 and if he pushes, maybe you have to fold.

So ya raise 2.00-2.50

sheetah,

You have around $7 left in your stack and the pot is $10 - push the rest in, if villain truly is a loose calling station he will call your bet with many hands you beat.
Also bet closer to potsized on every street. By doing this your hand also gets really easy to play on the river.

Checking behing is too weak. If he's bad enough to check a flush here, so be it.
